From accountants to zoologists, MarketForce Strategies’™ Business Resource Directory™ complements our business coaching programs as a proprietary database of scores of vetted businesses which we have identified for and make available to the business community. All of MarketForce Strategies’™ referrals initially are channeled to Business Resource Directory™ participants, for which we receive no, and prohibit any, financial incentive or reward.
Priority referrals are given to MarketForce Strategies'™ clients, which means that a request for a specific type of business (such as an attorney or an accountant) first is directed to those MarketForce Strategies™ clients in that discipline. If we have no clients in the requested discipline or the requestor does not anticipate a good fit with those which are provided, additional referrals are given for two to three non-client Business Resource Directory™ participants.
“Premiere” Business Resource Directory™ participants are those select few which share a high level of referral compatibility with MarketForce Strategies™ and merit an established pattern of meetings to optimize cross-referral opportunities.
Because all referrals made by MarketForce Strategies™ directly reflect our reputation, the due diligence process for considering a candidate for our Business Resource Directory™ includes: (1) a discovery interview with the candidate’s leaders to better understand how their services (or products) may be of value to the business community and to determine if the candidate appears to fulfill MarketForce Strategies’™ acceptance criteria; (2) a follow-up request for supplemental information, including at least three references; (3) our contacting the candidate’s references to assess and incorporate their feedback into the other evaluative information we have acquired; and (4) ultimately providing the candidate with our determination of their acceptance as a result of these discovery efforts.
In order to maintain the integrity and quality of its referrals, MarketForce Strategies™ responds to referral requests through one-on-one introductions without publicizing a detailed listing of Business Resource Directory™ participants, which include, but are not limited to, the disciplines of:
